Online Banking
Online banking is a quick and easy way for me to pay my bills. I can keep track of my expenses with just the click of a button. Yesterday I noticed that a transaction that I se tup last Thursday did not post. I know I remember making a bank to bank transfer, but I forgot to write down the reference number. I checked upcoming transactions, but it was not listed. I know I was doing something else at the same time, so it is possible that I did not confirm the transaction. I set up another transfer and made note of the reference number.
I decided to call the bank...big mistake. It took fifteen minutes for me to speak to someone. He said that he could not help me and that the reference number was useless. I just checked my account and both transfers went through. I am not happy. When I was on the phone with the bank, I checked upcoming transactions and neither payment was listed. I will have to be more careful in the future. Tomorrow I will go shopping and spend the money that was overpaid on the account. I have to get something out of this mess.

Please Step Away From My Bag
I may be a bit obsessed with my Coach Op Art Sabrina handbag. This has to be one of my favourite bags. I don't like people to get too close. Anyone that gets too close is likely to get a dirty look from me. I pull my bag close when I am on the bus or subway. Today someone sat next to me with a coffee cup in her hand. I was trying to sleep, but my only thought was that if the coffee were to spill I would lose it.
I need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Winners Spring Event
I do most of my shopping at the store Winners. There are times when I do not have the time or patience to go to the mall to wander from store to store. What I love about Winners is that it is one stop shopping. You can find footwear, accessories, clothing, bed and bath products, home decor and so much more in one spot. Of course my first stop is the incredible handbag section. However, not each store is the same. Some locations will have better items, so you have to shop around. In my opinion the best location is at College Park in downtown Toronto. Some people say that they do not like hunting for stuff. It is worth it because you find great items at amazing prices.
When I have time and I go to Winners on a Saturday afternoon I can do a bit of damage to my bank account. There is a Winners near my office, so I will wander in on my lunch. Most of the women in the area have the same idea. Now that the weather is getting better, it will be a zoo.
Style Expert Lynn Spence showcases the best of Winners' spring ladies and menswear looks on Cityline's Fashion Friday.

Kodak Gallery Ideas
Don't know what to do with your favourite prints. Instead of putting your pictures in photo albums that you may only look at once a year, you can create photo books, calendars, cards, mugs and so much more.
At the Kodak Gallery website you can create a tote bag with an image on it. Just to show you how it would look, I used one of my own pictures for demonstration purposes (Louis Vuitton store in Paris). I have not created a tote bag yet.
Create the tote bag in 2 easy steps
1. Pick 1 photo (select from album or upload a new one)
2. Preview and purchase

Just Cuz I'm A Girl...Has Moved.
If you were a reader of the blog Just Cuz I'm A Girl you should know that she will no longer be posting. A little over a year and a half ago she started the blog F-Word. The blog is about a fashion obsessed PR-savvy girl.
Can't Beat The Price
Earlier today I went to the dollar store Dollarama to pick up a few items. I purchased this cute tote bag for $1.00. I love the fact that the bag has a zipper. Sometimes I want to zip up a tote bag to prevent anything from falling out.

Looking For A Facial Cleanser
Lately, I have not been happy with my facial cleanser. I follow a three step regimen twice a day - cleanser, toner and moisturizer from H2O+. I was using H2O+ Face Oasis Cleansing Water, but I switched last month to H2O+ Sea Results Sea Mineral Cleanser.
When I look in the mirror I am not happy with the results. I think I have large pores. However, when I go to cosmetics counters the sales people always tell me how great my skin is or that it is glowing. I think they are lying. It could all be in my head. In the winter the weather will have an affect on your skin. I have not complaints with the moisturizer. It is a hydrating gel that does not make me breakout.
I have tried many products in the past from Kiehl's, Aveda, Neutrogena, Clinique, Biotherm...the list can go on.

le défilé Hiver : save the date
This has been a long winter. The last thing I am thinking about is next fall/winter.
However, it is that time of year when designers show their collections for the next season. I wouldn't mind being in Paris now. I can't wait for my trip in May.
The Chloé Autumn-Winter 2009-2010 runway will take place this Wednesday in Paris.
The first video and images will be available on chloe.com at 11pm, Paris time.
New York : Wednesday 6pm. Hong-Kong : Thursday 6am. Tokyo : Thursday 7am.

Such A Long Journey
It has been a long week. It started out with computer problems and ended quietly falling asleep in front of the television. I was so busy this week that I did not get a chance to read emails for three days.

How Did I Do That?
This afternoon I went to the ATM to take out $20. At the end of the transaction I looked at my receipt and did a double-take. I thought there must have been a mistake. Between Sunday when I did my banking and Tuesday afternoon, a lot of money was missing from my bank account. I had two payments to come out of my account, but there still should have had more money.
The first thought that came to my mind was that someone took money out of my account. I immediately put my ATM card back into the machine to get a printout of my transactions. I quickly perused the list and discovered that I had spent money that I forgot about, like the new Apple AirPort Extreme Router, groceries, and the Stila lip gloss (brown sugar) from Sephora. Good thing I decided not to buy that bag a Browns Shoes prior to going to the bank machine.
Maybe I should have waited until payday to buy the router. It was an unexpected expense which I rushed out to buy.

Stylish Tech Apps
Your stylish lifestyle does not only exist in the fabulous clothes you wear or the newest "it" bag. You can carry your stylish lifestyle in the palm of your hands. I used to carry a palm pilot for many years. Now y iPod Touch has taken over the role of my pda. I keep my agenda, todo lists, grocery lists, games, etc... on my iPod Touch.
Stylish Girl is a style planner. You can take pictures of the items that you own and organize them to create outfits, plan for a vacation, and create a wish list.
Last but not least is SplashShopper. I have used this application for many years. I used it on every palm pilot that I owned, and was very happy when it was made available for the iPod Touch/iPhone. The desktop for SplashShopper also allows you to update the lists in the application and sync with the the iPod Touch/iPhone. The application allows you to manage your grocery list, books, movies, music, and more.

SplashData (SplashShopper, SplashID, SplashMoney) - http://www.splashdata.com
There are so many applications on the iTunes App Store from travel, lifestyle, productivity, and entertainment. You can also find applications for the stylish girl in you.
These are a few of my suggestions:
From Lucky magazine you can browse the latest shoe fashions from the spring shoe guide. You have the ability to check the price, store and location near you. I am not a shoe person so this application does not interest me, but I know there are many people who would love the application.
At Style.com you can have the latest runway shows in the palm of your hand. The application also has information on parties, style videos and a style blog.
